On Saturday February 11, 2012 the Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund (ALCF) is scheduled to host the 8 th Annual WALK ON WATER Charity Ice Fishing Derby on Bangs Lake in Wauconda, Illinois.

Our number one priority for this event is safety. Given the current ice conditions and unfavorable weather forecast, we have decided to cancel the 2012 event. We have considered the possibility of rescheduling, but unfortunately the long range forecast and the available dates for resources and facilities don’t work out in our favor.

Online registration is still open. If you would like to register/donate to the Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund, there are still many families in our local community that are in need of your support.
